International Shipping (outside the EU)
All orders from outside of the EU are dispatched via DHL Express and occasionally via Royal Mail.
European Shipping Information
All European orders are dispatched via DHL Express or DPD service dependent on your location. Please allow 1-3 working days.
Please note 90% of these deliveries take 3 - 5 working days maximum, however sometimes it may take longer depending on customs.
Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Tic Watches, for a full refund within 30 days. The returned items must be unworn and still have all packaging and tags attached.

Customs Information
Please note occasionally deliveries may take slightly longer due to customs and if your address is in a remote location. Customs is out of our control and sometimes customs clearance can take 30 working days. Please note this is out of our control.
Some countries may charge import duties at customs which the customer is liable for. If the customer refuses to pay this fee, then the shipping costs will be the customers responsibility as will as the handling fee and returns cost from the courier.
All countries can charge import duties, so please be aware about these fees before purchasing from Tic Watches. You can find our more information speaking to your local Customs.
