Cut Off Time for Dispatch
What is your cut off time for orders getting dispatched?
Our cut off time 2pm. Any orders placed after this time will go out the next working day. Please note, we are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. All orders placed after 2.00pm Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Does someone need to be in to sign for the delivery?
Yes. All deliveries are sent via a DHL Express or DPD and require a signature on delivery. Please note, due to the current pandemic couriers are not taking signatures but will take an image of the parcel being delivered for proof of delivery.
International Customers
Do I have to pay import/custom charges?
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Generally customers do not get charged any fees however if they do this is out of our control. For more information please contact your local custom’s office. We are based in the United Kingdom.
